With unemployment in Japan at its highest level in a decade, the country has been a major target of global business outsourcing firms in the past.
But it appears to be the country with the lowest unemployment rate.
According to new data from the Japan Federation of Enterprises, the rate of unemployment for the country was 8.3% last month, down from 10.1% in September.
That’s a decline of 1.1 percentage points since last September.
The unemployment rate in Japan peaked at 12.9% in the summer of 2015.
But Japan’s economy has recovered in the last year, and the country’s unemployment rate was 9.4% in January.
It’s down from 11.4%, a new record low.
The country’s economy shrank by 0.6% in 2018 and has since been expanding by 0% annually.
That’s due to the country implementing an aggressive stimulus program.
